How does the Provo city government justify spending $7 million on an arts center when Springville its sister city next door is known as "Art City"? Couldn't Provo and Springville work closely together at less taxpayer expense to further develop the arts?
On the other hand, Mayor Lewis Billings has made empty promises to upgrade one of the oldest and smallest recreational swimming pool facilities in Utah. Could the reason be that one of Billings' political contributors is Scott Felsted, the owner of Gold's Gym?
