Judge an arrogant idiot

Who died and made Judge Stephen Henriod the Queen of the Universe? This moron thinks because he has a law degree and black robe he has the right to condemn homeless animals to death and deliver an exorbitant jail sentence to a humanitarian like Janet Lane. As a psychologist — and animal lover — I think this arrogant idiot should be removed from the bench and enrolled in a 12-step program.
