Judge Stephen Henriod obviously didn't mean what he said about shooting the dogs (April 11). When you deal with people who aren't bright enough to obey simple laws, I'm sure it makes one weary and frustrated.
I probably would have found myself saying the same thing. There are too many dogs, too much barking, too many dogs escaping their yards, too many dogs doing their business on other people's lawns, and way too many dog owners who get puppies because they're "cute" but won't accept responsibility for training and caring for them.
