The following restaurants are hosting Easter meals:

Cafe Trio Downtown, 680 S. 900 East, is adding a honey-baked pork loin panini and lamb bourguignon with truffle mash to its usual brunch menu of French toast, salmon hash, eggs Italiano and a variety of salads, sandwiches and pastas. The Sunday evening dinner special is halibut with potato galette. (533-8546)

Cafe Trio Cottonwood, 6405 S. 3000 East, is adding a roast leg of lamb panini and a goat cheese quiche to the regular Trio brunch menu. The Sunday evening dinner special is grilled lamb T-bones. Reservations for 10 or more accepted (944-8746).

Vienna Bistro, 132 S. Main, will serve brunch from 10 a.m-2 p.m. Sunday, which includes pastries, fruit salad,a choice of eggs Benedict, sheared eggs, ham and cheese omelet or roast leg of lamb with spaetzle, $25 (322-0334 or frody@viennabistro.com).

Log Haven, Millcreek Canyon, will offer a three-course Easter menu from 11:30 a.m.—6 p.m. Sunday. Entree choices are roasted leg of lamb with potato confit and grilled asparagus; seared chicken breast with spicy couscous; and flatiron steak with goat cheese tamale, $30 per person (272-8255).

Tuscany, 2832 E. 6200 South, is serving an Italian-inspired Easter buffet from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m., which includes roast turkey, baked ham, roast beef, vegetable quiche, hot pasta, custom omelets, eggs Benedict, hash browns, salads, fresh fruits and other breakfast items; $26.95 for adults, $13.50 for children 12 and under. A dinner menu will be served from 5-8:30 p.m. (277-9919 or www.tuscanyslc.com).

Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant, Midway, is hosting a five-course brunch from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Ten entrees, including sirloin steak and eggs, cider-brined pork loin and sherried crab and asparagus Benedict, will be offered, ranging from $20-$30 per person (888-650-1400 or theblueboarinn.com).

Metropolitan, 173 W. 300 South, won its sixth consecutive AAA Four Diamond Award, which recognizes restaurants, resorts and hotels that meet AAA's standards of service and quality. Each year AAA inspects more than 50,000 establishments throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Fewer than 4 percent of the restaurants receive a Four Diamond Award.
