OREM "The Da Vinci Code," the best-selling book that will soon be a movie starring Tom Hanks, will be the topic of a lecture Tuesday by an art history professor at Utah Valley State College.
Professor Steven Bule will focus on artist Leonardo Da Vinci during the free 7 p.m. lecture in Room 101 of the Liberal Arts Building.
Bule earned a doctorate in art history from Ohio State University and two bachelor degrees from Brigham Young University, one in history of art and another in Italian.
He will use his expertise in art history, as well as his knowledge and experience in Italy, to discuss which issues in "The Da Vinci Code" are fictional and which are based in truth.
