IHC Health Plans is changing its name and logo. The Salt Lake-based insurer will now be called SelectHealth.
SelectHealth will still be a part of Intermountain Healthcare and will continue to work with IHC's hospitals and clinics. The name and logo change will be phased in over the next few months.
People with coverage through SelectHealth will receive a new insurance card in the mail within a few weeks. There will be no change to their benefits or coverage.
SelectHealth provides coverage to about 15 percent of Utah's 2.5 million residents.
