Lance Dunkley has joined the law firm of Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough as an associate in the firm's real estate department. Prior to joining Jones Waldo, Dunkley served as an associate at a New York firm. His experience includes financing, leasing and the acquisition and disposition of real property. He is a graduate of the Hofstra University Law School.

Ryan Romero has joined O'Currance Teleservices as call center manager for the company's Salt Lake facility. Romero has more than five years of sales management experience. Prior to joining O'Currance, he worked as operations director at an international call center company, where he oversaw 400 employees.

• Information Access Technology Inc. announced that Holly Caid was promoted to director of business development. Caid previously served as IAT's national sales manager. She has 25 years of sales, management and marketing experience. Caid joined IAT in 1997 as a regional sales manager.

• The United Potato Growers of America, a not-for-profit, grower-owned cooperative, announced it has relocated its headquarters from Idaho to Salt Lake City. Buzz Shahan will serve as chief operating officer, leading the cooperative's membership development and recruitment and program development efforts. He is graduate of Brigham Young University. James Gibas, chief financial officer and analyst, will execute financial management, information and data and industry analysis. Gibas has nearly 20 years of finance experience and is a graduate of the University of Colorado. Barb Shelley, chief communications officer, will lead internal and external communications, media relations and corporate sponsorships. Shelley has 25 years of experience in public relations.

• Intermountain Financial Group, the Utah agency of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co., has hired Amber M. Dixon as agency recruiting manager and marketing specialist. Dixon has more than 10 years of experience in marketing and public relations.

• Zions Bank has promoted David Funk to retail banking sales coordinator. He will be responsible for managing a new sales specialist program, supervising the expanding sales and service team and helping to develop marketing plans and sales goals. Funk has 10 years of banking experience.
