The article "Desert Green Party files for ballot access" (March 15) is in need of some correction. The Desert Greens Party is the registered Political Party under the state incorporated Green Party of Utah of the Green Party of the United States. The members of the Desert Greens Green Party of Utah are not "former" members. They have always been members of the incorporated Green Party of Utah. A peculiarity in Utah election law forced the party to change its name. The party remains incorporated under the name "Green Party of Utah."
