Kudos to governor, Holdaway

I applaud Gov. Jon Huntsman Jr.'s decision to openly and aggressively show support for those legislators who have reflected the wishes of their constituents. Rep. Kory Holdaway is a proven friend of public education. In recent weeks he has — by his actions — demonstrated his concern for the nearly 500,000 students enrolled in Utah's public schools. Now some of the ultraconservative members of the GOP are out to punish him. Thank you, Gov. Huntsman and Rep. Holdaway, for watching out for our children.
