Tourism office set to launch brand to lure out-of-staters

The Utah Office of Tourism has tentatively scheduled April 5 for the launch of the state's new tourism brand designed to lure out-of-state visitors to the state.

The Board of Tourism Development, Salt Lake advertising agency W Communications and the tourism office staff have worked for several months to develop a new brand. The board on Friday approved the brand but did not make it public.
