AMERICAN FORK A third teenage boy has been arrested for his alleged involvement in the theft of $3,000 worth of iPods from a Target store in American Fork.
The first two arrested are brothers, who were arrested in Sandy earlier this week for another alleged incident of stealing iPods. During police interviews, they told police the name of the third boy, whose identity was confirmed through video surveillance from the store.
The third boy was arrested Thursday, and although he denied involvement in the theft, police say he had pawned an iPod like the ones stolen from Target at a pawn shop in Midvale on the same day of the theft.
He is being held for investigation of theft.
