Four Kings (7:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Ben's new Friends collide again. This time Ben is writing a magazine story investigating a condo conversion project that's run by Jason.

CSI (8 p.m., Ch. 2) and The O.C. (8 p.m., Ch. 13): It's Melinda Clarke vs. Melinda Clarke tonight. On "CSI," she returns as dominatrix Lady Heather, whose daughter has been murdered. And over on "The O.C.," where she's a regular, Julie (her character) and Kirsten try to martial on with their Valentine's Day plans, despite recent tragedy.

My Name is Earl (8 p.m., Ch. 5): After forgetting to fix a bus-stop sign, Earl is the target of bad accidents and random acts of violence.

Crumbs (8:30 p.m., Ch. 4): Suzanne feels betrayed when Mitch bonds with Billy's girlfriend.

The Office (8:30 p.m., Ch. 5): Michael is in for a surprise when he visits corporate headquarters.

Without a Trace (9 p.m., Ch. A young mother disappears.

ER (8:59 p.m., Ch. 5): Clemente and his girlfriend Jodie seem to be living the highlife until her husband shows up.
