With SB156, the "soft repeal" of the 17th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, some state legislators are saying they need a better means of getting the attention of Utah's senators in Washington on issues of concern.
Note to Sens. Orrin Hatch and Bob Bennett: Maybe you should adopt state legislators' own favorite way of hearing from constituents: "speed dating." Charge legislators a fee for access to you.
