Legacy Auto Group, a Utah-based company of five dealership locations and eight manufacturers, said Monday it has purchased John Mecham Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Park City.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The dealership, located at 2700 Rasmussen Road, will change hands from John Mecham to Kirk Bengtzen, president of Legacy Auto Group, officially on April 1. Tom Sly will be managing partner and general manager for the dealership, which will be named Legacy Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
