The Utah Asian Chamber of Commerce will hold a fund-raising event at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, 255 S. West Temple.
The event will include dinner, dancing and recognition of the chamber's Outstanding Asian Business Awards recipients: Jenneth B. Doria, chief executive officer of Manila Basketry/InterNational Village; Fujio Iwasaki, founder of Pagoda Restaurant; and Dinesh Patel, managing director of vSpring Capital.
