ExxonMobil sheepishly announced a $10-billion-dollar profit for the last quarter. An outraged Congress may impose a Windfall Profit Tax Cut.
I expect the company will be boasting about providing customer convenience in that it only takes a few seconds to pump $40 worth of gas.
And talk about low overhead. You pump your own gas and wipe your own windshield and the company only needs to hire one guy to take your money and give you the key to the restroom.
