The third annual Dino Days in Dixie features a week of dinosaur-related activities throughout Washington County. Events include "Hug-a-Dino" days at the Washington County Library, student art shows, lectures, a "Paleo Poems" program and other events from Monday through Feb. 11.
Highlighting the week is a fund-raising concert by Jason Hewlett at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 11, in Dixie State College's Cox Auditorium. The concert will benefit the St. George Discovery Site at Johnson Farm. Tickets are $10 and are available at 435-652-7800. More details can be downloaded at www.dinotrax.com.
