The new North Utah Valley Animal Shelter, 193 N. 2000 West, Lindon, will open at 9 a.m. today. An open house for the public will run from 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesday. The shelter's regular hours will be 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
