"We're going to lease to buy, but if it doesn't look like I'm going to get similar incentives, we might move to Provo," he said. "I told the mayor (Billings), 'Don't write us off yet.' "

Wing said the Mountain Vista location remains appealing.

"It's a beautiful location in a brand new business park. We had what I thought was the primo location on 22 beautiful acres right off the roundabout."

The demand for the Little Giant Ladder began to take off about two years ago when Wing hosted an infomercial to market his ladder, which is capable of multiple shapes and sizes. The Little Giant is also available in stores now and Wing said much of the growth anticipated this year will come from an unannounced deal to put large displays in a national retail outlet.

Wing Enterprises, he said, has gone from sales of $18 million a year to just under $200 million last year. He expects another jump this year to between $450 million and $600 million.
