As the year draws to a close, I'd like to send our heartfelt thanks to all the local businesses who have opened their doors to the volunteers who raise puppies for guide dogs for the blind. Your generous spirit has helped our puppies become good canine citizens and has helped ready them for their very important future role.
We are fond of saying "It takes a puppy to raise a community!" This project connects us all and brings out the best in everyone.
