Public Accounting Report, an accounting trade publication, ranked Brigham Young University's undergraduate and graduate accounting programs second in its 2005 survey.
Both programs at BYU's Marriott School of Management moved up one spot from the magazine's 2004 rankings. The rankings are based on a survey of accounting professors and department heads to determine the most admired programs undergraduate through doctoral in the country.
The University of Texas ranked first in the 2005 survey of undergraduate programs. BYU was followed by the University of Notre Dame, University of Southern California and University of Illinois.
