Stop glamorizing son's suicide

I was appalled by the article "Alone in the Fold" (Dec. 3). Stuart Matis' parents seem to have learned only one thing from their son's death: Suicide is the only viable option for LDS gay men. If they want any good to come from their son's death, they will stop glamorizing his suicide. Changing LDS Church policy should be the Matises' rallying cry, not "compassionately" maintaining the status quo.
