PROVO Nature's Sunshine Products Inc. said Monday it has been notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market that it no longer complies with a marketplace rule and its common stock may be delisted beginning Monday.
The notice is because of the company's delayed filing of its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended Sept. 30.
Nature's Sunshine said it will request a hearing before the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel for an appeal. Such a request would stay the delisting pending the panel's review and determination. Until a determination is made, an "E" will be added to the company's trading symbol.
The company manufactures and markets herbal products, vitamins and complementary products.
