AARP seeking volunteers to help others with taxes

AARP-Tax Aide is seeking local volunteers to provide free income tax assistance at tax-help sites across Utah.

The volunteers help people, particularly those who cannot afford tax assistance, to prepare and electronically file their federal and state income tax returns.

Volunteers must attend classes and pass a test of basic income knowledge in order to be certified to participate in the program. Materials and support are provided. For more information, call 801-274-3058.
