SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. Southern Utah (1-7, 1-3 GWFC) will play its final conference game of the season today against Cal Poly.
The game will begin at 7 p.m. at Mustang Stadium.
SUU will try to bounce back from its worst defeat of the season, a 55-7 setback at South Dakota State. The Thunderbirds are coming off back-to-back losses since picking up their only victory of the season, a 20-17 overtime win over Northern Colorado.
Cal Poly (6-3, 3-1 GWFC), which co-leads the GWFC along with UC Davis, is coming off a 40-35 win over Eastern Washington. The Mustangs snapped a two-game skid with that win to preserve a possible shot at a I-AA postseason bid.
