The Utah Tennis Association announced it has closed on the purchase of its own headquarters office in the Hillside Business Center in Cottonwood Heights. Ownership of the 2,173-square-foot property will be shared by the Utah Tennis Association and Utah Junior Tennis Foundation Inc.

Property owner Dell Loy Hansen donated one-third of the purchase price, and the law firm of Snell & Wilmer donated its services, making the purchase possible, the association said. The space will undergo remodelling through the spring of 2006.
