Free workshops to help parents and teachers curb bullying and improve student achievement will be sponsored Nov. 9 and 16 by the nonprofit Legacy Foundation.
The workshops, featuring Dr. A. Lynn Scoresby, author of "Character and Competence," will show how to implement four steps to change children's behavior.
The Nov. 9 workshop will be in the Hampton Inn, 10690 S. Holiday Park Drive, Sandy. The Nov. 16 workshop is in the Little America Hotel, 500 S. Main. Both are 7-9 p.m. For more information contact Brendan Scoresby, 801-225-4066.
