Dave Winnie was named senior retail specialist at NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate's Salt Lake office. Winnie has more than 20 years of commercial and retail real estate experience. He previously served as associate broker at NAI, where he headed the retail department.

Brutsch is a member of the litigation department and concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. Brian P. Rosander is a member of the firm's real estate, banking and finance department, where he assists clients with real property and corporate transactions.
Draper-based Pentalon Construction announced it has hired Dan Rasmussen as project manager. Rasmussen has more than 20 years of commercial construction experience and specializes in automobile dealerships, retail strip centers, religious institutions and medical facilities.
