• Deseret Trust Co. announced three staff changes. L. Kent Martineau was promoted to vice president and chief financial officer. R. Scott Nielsen was named vice president of operations and treasurer. Deseret Trust also has hired Mark B. Feinauer as vice president and senior trust officer. Prior to joining Deseret, Feinauer served in a similar capacity with a local bank. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University. Deseret Trust administers trusts established for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and its charitable entities.

• Bullfrog International, a Bluffdale-based maker of portable spas, announced it has hired Eric Roller as regional sales manager for the Great Lakes area. Roller has more than 10 years of spa sales and service experience. He is a graduate of Purdue University.

Dave Winnie was named senior retail specialist at NAI Utah Commercial Real Estate's Salt Lake office. Winnie has more than 20 years of commercial and retail real estate experience. He previously served as associate broker at NAI, where he headed the retail department.

• Universal Accounting Center, a small-business accounting training firm, has promoted Miriam Coons to director of human resources. Coons joined Universal Accounting Center more than two years ago as admissions administrator.

• The Salt Lake law firm of Parsons Behle & Latimer announced that four new associates have joined the firm. Jeffrey C. Corey is a member of the firm's litigation department and the environmental, energy and natural resources department. His practice will center on environmental litigation, commercial litigation and air quality law. Seth P. Hobby is a member of the litigation department, where he concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, bankruptcy and personal injury. Stefan P. Brutsch is a member of the litigation department and concentrates his practice on commercial litigation. Brian P. Rosander is a member of the firm's real estate, banking and finance department, where he assists clients with real property and corporate transactions.

• Draper-based Pentalon Construction announced it has hired Dan Rasmussen as project manager. Rasmussen has more than 20 years of commercial construction experience and specializes in automobile dealerships, retail strip centers, religious institutions and medical facilities.
