• Lindsley kept all no-contact orders in place for now. She set a Nov. 1 hearing to address such things as lifting an order forbidding contact between Mattingly and Kingston, whether Kingston can baptize one of the younger girls, whether a teenage son can take a job near his father, where community service will be performed and a review of Mattingly's family preservation efforts.

• The judge kept under advisement issues relating to how much child support Kingston should be paying until state administrative reviews are completed. However, she found Kingston in contempt of a court order for failing to make two previously required $3,100 support payments and ordered the sum be paid by Nov. 18. Kingston's wages currently are being garnished for a lesser amount pending the outcome of administrative and court reviews. Kingston's lawyer, Daniel Irvin, said Kingston's income cannot provide a $3,100 monthly payment.

• Lindsley also requested documentation showing that Kingston has, as his lawyer stated, been attending parenting and anger management classes, and also ordered Kingston to get domestic violence counseling. Kingston wants supervised visits and, later, contact with the children.
