Salt Lake City police are investigating a rash of automobile vandalism that occurred early Sunday.
The windows of about 60 vehicles were broken out during the night between 400 South and 1300 South, and between 1100 East and 2000 East, said Salt Lake police Lt. Dave Askerlund.
Some of the windows appear to have been shot out by a pellet gun, Askerlund said. Anyone whose car may have been damaged in the spree, and anyone with information, is asked to call the police department at 801-799-3000.
