The Boyer Co. and Fidelity Investments on Wednesday began construction on the 230,000-square-foot Four Gateway Office Tower at 40 N. 400 West.
The eight-story tower's sole occupant will be Fidelity Investments, which will have more than 1,200 employees there.
Fidelity employees working at two locations in Salt Lake City will begin occupying the new space in 2007.
