VOLLEYBALL: Utah State's women's volleyball team will travel to Fresno State University for a WAC match at 8 p.m. (MDT) Wednesday. Utah State is 11-6 this season and tied for first place in the WAC with a 4-0 league record.

GOLF: Dustin Pimm has been named Mountain West Conference Men's Golfer of the Month for September. This marks the first Utah golfer to be tabbed by the conference since Ryan Ellis during the 2001.

WOMEN'S SOCCER: Southern Utah's women's soccer team (2-2-5, 0-0-2 Mid-Con) returns home for two matches this weekend. SUU plays defending conference champion Oral Roberts at 4 p.m. Friday, followed by a Saturday date with North Dakota State, at 3 p.m.

CROSS COUNTRY: Southern Utah cross country runner Jess Baumgartner repeated as Mid-Continent Conference men's Athlete of the Week after winning the UC Riverside Invitational on Saturday. It

CROSS COUNTRY: Weber State sophomore Seth Pilkington has been named Big Sky Runner of the Week for the third time this season, the league announced Tuesday. Pilkington won the honor after taking first place at the Montana Invitational last Saturday.
