Attorney General Mark Shurtleff owes the people of Utah an explanation and our visitors from the Gulf states an apology:
From what source did he receive information concerning "several dozen convicted murderers among our 400 some evacuees" were transported to Utah?
Was any attempt made to verify the statements before going on a radio (KNRS) talk show? How large of a pry bar will it take to remove his foot from his mouth?
Rumors are flying from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. I can't believe a member of the Utah State Bar forgot the basics of evidence 101.
