"The Bagpipe Player" of Moffat Muir of Scotland is full of hot air and ready to take off at start of annual international hot-air balloon week in Chateau d'Oex on Saturday. The nine-day event has 80 entries from 15 countries. Balloon pilots will be judged on precision and target landings, among other things.
