Wadsworth Development Group has announced that it will develop an 80,000-square-foot office facility for Spillman Technologies Inc. in West Valley City, with an option to expand the development within the next four years.
Spillman is a provider of integrated software for the public safety industry and is relocating its headquarters from Logan to the Salt Lake area.
The new development is located on a 16-acre parcel of land in the Lake Park Corporate Centre in West Valley City. The first phase of the project is scheduled to break ground in October, with a completion date in June 2006.
