SPANISH FORK — An early morning special meeting of the City Council on Monday will discuss proposed changes to the city's sexually oriented businesses ordinance.
Mayor Dale Barney said the changes are aimed at preventing such business from locating in certain areas of the city. Barney said officials will also look at ways such businesses try to disguise their operations.
The meeting is set for 6:30 a.m. at City Hall, 40 S. Main. The early meeting will allow Barney to travel out of state Monday.
