Salt Lake Community College is hosting "Cut for a Cause." SLCC cosmetology and barber students are trying to raise money to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.

A suggested donation of at least $2 will pay for a haircut, manicure, pedicure or facial at the SLCC Redwood Road campus on Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. All proceeds for hurricane victims will be sent to the American Red Cross.
