A Utah Highway Patrol dispatcher said snow plows were called out to clear 2 to 4 inches of hail off U.S. 89 and I-15 between Kaysville and Clearfield in Davis County. He said four accidents were reported in the area, and 11 cars were reported off the road. No problems were reported in Weber County.
