Bear River Valley Apartments, a 32-unit affordable housing community at 767 W. 600 South in Tremonton, Box Elder County, is having its grand opening today.
Multi-Ethnic Development Corp. used a combination of financing to make the project affordable. It is designed to provide housing for families at "extremely low incomes," according to a news release from the Utah Housing Corp.
The owner is Bear River Valley Apartments LLC, of which Multi-Ethnic Development is the general partner. Construction was completed by Kier Construction, and property management will be provided by Danville.
