• Cactus & Tropicals, 2735 S. 2000 East, will showcase bonsai artists Aaron Penrod and Konnor Jenson tonight, 6-9 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday, Penrod and Jenson will conduct free lectures and workshops at 11 a.m. For more information, call 801-485-2542, ext. 102.

• The Utah Botanical Center Garden Fair is Saturday, 9 a.m.-noon, at 920 S. 50 West, Kaysville. During the fair, the Davis County master gardeners will host an iris and daylily sale, and local growers will be offering produce. For more information, log on to www.utahbotanicalcenter.org.
