Your opinion regarding the heel-dragging on commuter rail in Utah County was spot-on. Residents in Utah County are already paying dearly for the mistakes of their leaders with the congestion on I-15 that stretches from Alpine to Payson. Utah County will end up losing out on talented workers and economic development as its transit system turns into a California-style mess. Let's hope their leaders see the light before they spend the next several decades playing catch-up.
