LEHI Land developers have finalized the deal that will bring a Lowe's and Costco to Lehi.
The two stores, which will have a combined measurement of 400,000 square feet, will be built on a 35-acre parcel at 900 West and State Street. Construction is slated to begin within the next month and completion is expected in Spring 2006.
The plans took almost 17 months to finalize from their inception. To secure the lot, city officials and developers had to make nine land deals, including a land swap agreement with neighboring American Fork. Lehi's City Council approved the development in June of this year.
