CAFTA steps on states' rights

What happened to sovereignty? What happened to states' rights?

What happened is President Bush has negotiated away our constitutional rights by signing the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA). And surprisingly, Sens. Hatch and Bennett and 52 of their colleagues in the U.S. Senate have voted to agree.

CAFTA contains provisions that allow five Central American countries (Costa Rica, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Guatemala) and the Dominican Republic to challenge American and Utah state laws if they interfere with their commerce. By approving CAFTA, we have subjugated our state rights to a World Court. The Founding Fathers must be spinning in their graves.
