Sperry Van Ness, based in Irvine, Calif., has completed the sale of the FranklinCovey corporate campus to Franklin SaltLake LLC, based in Santa Monica, Calif., for $33.8 million.
The campus, which includes five buildings totaling 311,727 square feet of office space, is located on 21.7 acres at 2200 Parkway Blvd. in Salt Lake City.
The property is leased to FranklinCovey. FranklinCovey did a sale/leaseback of the property.
