LINDON LogoWorks said Monday it has received a $9.3 million round of equity funding.
The round was led by Benchmark Capital and Shasta Ventures, both with offices in Menlo Park, Calif.
Bob Kagle, Benchmark Capital general partner, and Tod Francis, managing director of Shasta Ventures, have joined the LogoWorks board of directors.
Lindon-based LogoWorks, involved in custom graphic design services for small businesses, was formed in 2001 and was profitable prior to the financing.
