Dwayne Finney had six months to go to complete his probation. After pleading guilty in 2003 to two counts of enticing a minor over the Internet, Dwayne Finney, 42, of Ogden, was ordered to have no violations of the law for 24 months.
He was arrested and booked into the Weber County Correctional Facility Monday at 5 p.m. after having sex with a 14-year-old girl he met in an online chat room, according to police.
Finney was charged Wednesday in 2nd District Court with two counts of forcible sodomy and one count of rape, all first-degree felonies.
