The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation will host a fund-raiser at its new art gallery in The Gateway Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. "Art of Giving Gallery," 170 S. Rio Grande, will have J.C. Pino, known for his closeups of women with ethnic flavor, on hand from noon-3 p.m. From 3-6 p.m., painter Jason Clark will be demonstrating painting techniques. There will also be live entertainment and education presentations.

The UVSC Woodbury Art Museum, University Mall in Orem, will host Rebekka Seigel, renowned paper doll quilt artist, at a three-day workshop from June 16-18, which includes a lecture on her latest series, "Women's Work." The series took six years to complete and honors 13 women from the 20th century whose lives changed the fields of art, music, sports, politics, science and human rights. The workshop has only 25 open spots and costs $120 for all three days. For more information and to register, call 426-6199.

The Utah Watercolor Society will meet Tuesday at Wheeler Historic Farm, 6351 S. 900 East, at 7:30 p.m. Members will view slides of this year's Western Federation of Watercolor Societies and participate in a mock jury selection of winners.
