It's about time! Forget the ACLU and human-rights nut jobs. The city of Clinton is ready to pass a ordinance to ban registered sex offenders from city-owned property. I am waiting for the lawsuit to begin that declares it "unconstitutional." But where is it written that my child must be threatened by people who disregard a child's safety to protect their perversions?
