Salt Lake-based Sorenson Communications said Monday it will open new Video Relay Services Interpreting Centers in six cities.
The centers employ sign language interpreters using videophones to allow the deaf and hard-of-hearing to communicate with the hearing world.
They will be added in Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Milwaukee, New York and Philadelphia.
