Many people boycott Wal-Mart because of the misconception that American jobs are lost to Chinese workers in order for Wal-Mart to keep its prices lower than the competition. I find it interesting to learn that less than six percent of Wal-Mart's merchandise comes from Chinese suppliers. The source of this information comes from the vice president of corporate communications of Wal-Mart Stores Inc. itself.
